Introduction

The Department of Anatomy came into existence is the year 2021 as one of the first department in the Lt. Bisahu Das Mahant Memorial Medical College Korba (C.G.)

Infrastructure

Separate Lecture Hall for phase 1 M.B.B.S, Well equipped dissection hall for practical classes, demonstration rooms. Sufficient faculty rooms & rooms for class 3,4 staff too..

Museum

Separate museum of Anatomy Department with specimen, bones & models.

Histology

Separate histology lab which Contains large number of histology slides & sufficient number of microscope as per NMC norms.

Equipment for Embalning

With separate room and all equipments and chemicals, which are necessary for the procedure & as per NMC norms.

Microtomy Equipments

All equipments as per NMC norms.

Storage tanks

Sufficient storage tank to store cadavers as per NMC norms.
